Simon is very interested in reciting favourite books from memory, and Ruthie is a very obliging audience.

We are still trying to get a frame-worthy picture of the three kids together. This isn't it, but it's our latest attempt. One of these days!

Finger Paint

A little art project on a dreary day. 

These colourful canvases are now decorating our spare bedroom, and the boys couldn't be more proud to have their work on display.

Alternate Uses for Learning Tower

We use our learning tower every day. Sometimes for baking, sometimes for helping to dry the dishes, and sometime for other more imaginative uses. On this particular day, it was sitting next to our pantry. Isaac pointed up to the top of the pantry saying: "There's a fire up there! We need help!" Simon started climbing into the tower and Isaac followed up with: "Mom, Simon's going to save those kids. Simon's a hero!"
